We are here to be the example,
For we are the first to sample,
The fruit of knowledge over life,
Causing the world to live in strife,
We’ve played with fate despite the odds,
We’re playing the role of being Gods,
Yet all we do is fail miserably,
Just look back at all of our history,
We should now all be able to see,
That being Gods, is not our destiny,
Let nature once again be in control,
She’s not to be conquered by man at all,
We should be working as a part of the Earth,
With all beings at an equal worth,
Not taking from but leaving behind,
Living up to our name, man, kind.
